If you’re just popping out to the shop, it’s a rookie parenting mistake to go without any supplies for your little bean. It may only be ten minutes but a lot can happen in ten minutes. I might get hungry, need my nappy changing or even be sick in protest at being put in the pram and wheeled along the bumpy footpath. Seriously, that path needs some maintenance in places; just as your drifting off you’re jolted back to reality .
So what’s the solution to all this? One of these lovely little bags!
They are hand-made by the beans at Wyatt and Jack. Deceptively small, we got a nappy, baby vest, 4floz bottle, small pot of nappy cream, nappy sac, bib and burp cloth into this little wonder! Perfect for emergencies. How about a couple of snacks for a hungry toddling bean?
Made in the UK, out of recycled deck chair fabric or bouncy castle material, each one’s got real character. It’s not perfect; there are small flaws in the fabric that show it’s been somewhere and we love this! The label tells us this one’s from a deck chair that was on a beach on the Isle Of Wight. I wonder how many ice creams were eaten in this deck chair?
It’s fully lined which makes it more durable and fits in the bottom of the pram or a handbag neatly. We think it’s great because it means you don’t have to take the whole kit and caboodle with you for a ten minute walk.
Why not put a bounce in your parent bean’s step, and a bit of a bouncy castle in their bag, with one of these. There are lots of things you can use them for. They’re a reminder of sunny days by the beach and a great way of up-cycling great British beach traditions. What would you use yours for?
Thank you to Wyatt and Jack for providing one Sophia cosmetic make up bag for the purposes of review. I’m, linking up with Tried and Tested Tuesday run by Family Fever and We’re Going On An Adventure.
