- One banana
- 200ml almond milk, sweetened or unsweetened.
- Flaked almonds
- Ground nutmeg to taste
Put the banana, milk and almonds into a blender and blend. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if preferred to taste.
